We currently have two professional development opportunities per year. Our largest annual event is at the Missouri Association of Career Technical Education Summer Conference. This conference is typically held the last week of July in Springfield, Missouri. Information can be found on the Missouri Association for Career & Technical Education website.

An additional professional development opportunity is provided at the Missouri School Counselor Association through a Career Technical Education strand put together by the Missouri Association for Career Services. More information can be found on the Missouri School Counselor Association website.

In addition to the two large conferences where Missouri Association for Career Services has strands of professional learning available, we also offer our membership a fall and spring meeting. These meetings vary in their time of year and rotate through the state to highlight the career technical education provided by our area career centers.
